Tail-Wagging Services

Recommended for new clients and pups as an introduction to our facility. Half-Day Daycare allows your pup to spend time with our team, become familiar with the environment, and helps us ensure they are comfortable and a good fit for future overnight boarding. Half-Day Daycare is available Tuesdays and Thursdays only, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Our overnight boarding is priced on a nightly basis and provides your pup with a safe, comfortable, and structured stay while you’re away. Throughout their stay, your dog will receive attentive daily care, regular feeding according to their normal schedule, fresh water, potty breaks, and plenty of opportunities for play, exercise, and enrichment.
Owners will receive daily updates with photos and/or videos so you can see how your pup is doing and enjoy a little peace of mind while you’re apart. Dogs will have access to our spacious outdoor yard for supervised play and exercise, with trail walks available on our property for additional physical and mental enrichment.
We are also able to maintain your dog’s regular feeding routine and can administer medications when needed upon prior approval and with clear instructions provided at drop off.
Our goal is to make your dog’s stay feel comfortable, engaging, and well cared for, with a healthy balance of rest, play, outdoor time, enrichment, and individual attention.
We offer bathing services upon the conclusion of your dog’s stay, so your pup can head home clean and refreshed! Our bathing service includes a full bath, blow dry, and ear cleaning.
Nail trims are also available upon request and are performed based on your dog’s individual comfort and tolerance level. Your pup’s safety and well being will always come first, so we will never force a nail trim if they are showing significant stress, fear, or discomfort. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that every requested nail trim will be successfully completed.
If we are unable to safely complete the service, we will let you know at pick up.

Our enrichment options provide extra exercise, exploration, mental stimulation, treats, and individual attention in addition to the regular care and activities already included with your dog’s stay.

Hi! We’re Harley and David, the husband-and-wife team behind Five Tails Boarding Co., LLC. We created Five Tails with a pretty simple idea in mind: to offer the kind of place we would genuinely feel comfortable leaving our own dogs.

Inspired By Our Five

If you’re wondering where our name came from, you can thank the five tails that inspired all of this: Pepper, Poppi, Hunter, Peaches, and Moe. 🐾 Dogs have always been a huge part of our family and our everyday lives.

Our five dogs are at the heart of our company. They range in age, personality, energy level, and needs, and they’ve taught us that there really isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to caring for dogs. Some dogs want to run and explore. Some would happily spend the afternoon sniffing every blade of grass. Some want to play, some want a treat and a comfy place to nap, and some just want to be close to their people.

We believe good boarding recognizes those differences. That’s why our approach focuses on getting to know the individual dog in front of us and providing a balance of structure, safety, exercise, enrichment, rest, and genuine attention.

When you leave your dog with us, we know you’re trusting us with a member of your family. We don’t take that lightly. We want our clients to know who is caring for their dogs, where they’re staying, and how they’re doing while they’re away. That’s also why communication is such an important part of what we do.
