A Home Away From Home,
With Room to Roam!
At Five Tails Boarding Co., we believe great boarding is about more than simply giving your dog a place to stay. It’s about providing a safe, comfortable environment where they can settle in, enjoy their routine, and receive care tailored to who they are.
Located on 70 beautiful acres, our facility offers plenty of space for fresh air, outdoor time, enrichment, and adventure—all while maintaining the structure and security of a professional boarding environment.
We take the time to get to know each dog individually, from their feeding schedule and favorite activities to their personality, comfort level, and social preferences. Some dogs enjoy carefully selected interaction with compatible friends, while others are happiest with one-on-one attention—and that's perfectly okay.
With climate-controlled accommodations, heated floors, knowledgeable care, individual attention, and regular updates while you're away, our goal is simple: keep your dog safe, comfortable, cared for, and happy until you're back together.
Day Boarding
Day Boarding | $30 per dog
Our Day Boarding service is designed exclusively for new clients who are considering overnight boarding with Five Tails Boarding Co. Think of it as a trial day that gives your dog the opportunity to meet our team, become familiar with our facility, and experience our daily routine before their first overnight stay.
Day Boarding also gives our team the opportunity to get to know your dog! We can observe their comfort level, kennel behavior, handling tolerance, personality, and overall demeanor in a boarding environment. Our goal is to make that first overnight stay feel a little less unfamiliar for everyone.
Day Boarding is not traditional doggy daycare and does not guarantee group play or interaction with other dogs. Each dog's day is based on their individual comfort level, personality, and needs.
Available Tuesdays & Thursdays only, from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Day Boarding is currently reserved for new clients preparing for future overnight boarding stays.
Overnight Boarding
Overnight Boarding | $50 per night, per dog
We want Five Tails to feel like your dog's home away from home while still providing the safety, structure, and routine of a professional boarding environment.
Each dog has their own 4' x 4' individual kennel space, complete with a raised cot-style bed. Our boarding area features heated flooring for colder months and air conditioning and fans during warmer weather to help keep our guests comfortable year-round. We also utilize calming music and TV to help create a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere during rest periods.
Wash, Wag & Go
Want your pup coming home fresh and clean after their stay? Add a Wash, Wag & Go Bath to your dog's boarding reservation!
Our Wash, Wag & Go service includes a full bath, blow dry, and ear cleaning before your dog heads home. When your dog's temperament and comfort level allow, we may also attempt a nail trim.
Small Dogs — Under 20 lbs | $30
Medium Dogs — 20–50 lbs | $50
Large Dogs — 50+ lbs | $70
Please note: Nail trimming is dependent on your dog's behavior, comfort level, and tolerance for handling. The safety and well-being of both your dog and our team come first, so nail trims are not guaranteed as part of the bathing service. If your dog becomes overly stressed, fearful, or resistant, we will not force the service.
Your dog's stay includes:
Individual 4' x 4' kennel accommodations
Raised cot-style bedding
Heated flooring & air conditioning
Fresh water available throughout the day
Regular feeding according to their normal feeding schedule
Multiple opportunities for outdoor time, potty breaks, movement, and activities
Individual attention and interaction with our team
A structured daily routine with appropriate periods of activity and rest
Care provided by educated, knowledgeable staff experienced in working with dogs of different breeds, personalities, and behavioral needs
When appropriate, dogs may have opportunities for carefully selected, limited group interaction or play with dogs displaying compatible temperaments, play styles, and demeanors. Group play is never guaranteed and is offered entirely at our team's discretion based on safety and each dog's individual behavior.
We do not believe every dog needs to be placed into a large playgroup to have a great boarding experience. Some dogs thrive with compatible friends, while others are happiest enjoying one-on-one attention, outdoor time, enrichment, and plenty of space to decompress.
Enrichment & Extras
Make your pup's stay even more special! Our optional enrichment activities provide additional one-on-one attention, exercise, exploration, mental stimulation, and special treats beyond the everyday care already included with boarding.Choose your pup's favorites—or mix and match throughout their stay!
30-Minute Trail Walk — $23.00
Give your pup some extra adventure with a private, one-on-one leashed walk around our 70-acre property! This enrichment-focused walk gives your dog dedicated time to stretch their legs, enjoy the fresh air, follow their nose, and explore at their own pace. Sniffing is an important form of mental stimulation for dogs, allowing them to naturally investigate and engage with their environment. These walks are especially great for active pups, curious explorers, dogs who prefer individual activities over group play, or those who simply deserve a little extra adventure during their stay.
Trail Walks are enrichment-focused leisure walks rather than structured training sessions.
45-Minute Trail Walk — $30.00
For dogs who can't get enough of the outdoors! This extended one-on-one adventure gives your pup even more time to explore our 70-acre property, follow interesting scents, stretch their legs, and enjoy some extra individualized attention. The extra time isn't about how far we can walk—it's about giving your dog more opportunity to sniff, explore, and experience their surroundings at their own pace. Perfect for active dogs, scent-driven pups, longer stays, or dogs who love a good outdoor adventure.
All Trail Walks are leashed, individually supervised, and enrichment-focused.
Peanut Butter Enrichment — $7.00
A little treat with a purpose! Dog-friendly peanut butter is spread onto a textured lick mat, Kong, or other enrichment toy to create an engaging activity your pup can enjoy during downtime.
Licking is a natural, repetitive behavior that can help encourage settling and relaxation while providing valuable mental stimulation. Unlike a traditional treat that's gone in seconds, lick-based enrichment encourages your dog to slow down, focus, and work for their reward—making it a great way to decompress after outdoor time, play, or an exciting day.
It's a simple way to make kennel downtime more enjoyable while giving your pup an appropriate outlet for natural licking and food-foraging behaviors.
Available for dogs without known peanut, food, or dietary allergies/restrictions. Peanut butter used is dog-safe and does not contain xylitol.
Special Vacation Treat — $5.00
Because they're on vacation, too! Give your pup a little something special during their stay with their very own dog-friendly Pup Cup. Served as an extra treat outside of their normal meals, it's a fun way to add a little excitement to their boarding experience.
Special treats can provide more than just something tasty—they introduce novelty into your dog's day, create positive experiences in a new environment, and give them something extra to look forward to. For dogs who enjoy food-based rewards, these little moments can also help build positive associations with their caregivers and boarding routine.
We'll serve their Pup Cup during their stay and, whenever possible, capture a photo or video so you can see them enjoying their little vacation treat!
Perfect for:
Adding something special to a longer boarding stay
Birthdays, gotcha days & other celebrations
First-time boarders who deserve a little extra love
Or simply because they're on vacation and should be spoiled a little, too!
Available for dogs without known dietary restrictions, food allergies, or sensitivities. Treat ingredients may vary.
